Many have wrote Blackberry off from the handset market but it seems that the Blackberry Boys are helping the brand to come back in a grand manner. We have just learned that newly launched Blackberry Priv is getting off the shelves very fast and consumers are flocking in to greet the new handset from Blackberry.
First it was amazon who have announced that they have run out of the stock – immediately after putting the handset on sales and now we are getting reports from walmart also that they are also running out of stock and retailer’s online website have confirmed yesterday afternoon.
Currently, Blackberry Priv is exclusive to AT&T but we have received some reports that RIM is working overnight to improve the supply situation and may come up with tie-ups with other operators as well.
We are pretty sure, BlackBerry management must be having relief at the moment as you read this. After many months, consumers are lapping up this device because of beautiful display and famously addictive key board.
However, company remained tight lipped about handset’s India launch plans and availability. Though, parallel market have already started receiving supply.
